Eisteddfod Performance Entry Form
You can use this Online Entry form for performance classes (Music, Speech and Drama), but not for Dance or Pre-adjudicated entries; you must use the printed entry forms for those.
Closing date for entries: Friday 4th October 2019 – late entries will not be accepted.
PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY (SEE RULES PAGE) BEFORE COMPLETING THE ENTRY FORM. MISTAKES CAN LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.
You will need to have your Class Numbers to hand for filling in the entry form. See the Class Lists, or Syllabus, bottom of right sidebar (Narrow format). There is no way to save this form as partly done, but you can submit more than one form; each form is just a batch of entries.
