Dance Entry Instructions

Dance entries will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis until the classes have reached capacity.

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY (SEE ABOVE) BEFORE COMPLETING THE ENTRY FORM. MISTAKES CAN LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.

The ‘Show Dance Classes’ button below will display all the class numbers for reference, but do still read the relevant rules on the Rules Page. You can also hide and re-show these instructions – once you’ve read them ! – to give you more space on the screen.

You need to submit a new form for each solo performer. For Duet classes please enter the partner’s name in the Partner’s box. For Trios or Quartets enter the partners with ‘&’ in between (eg Fred Astaire & Adele Astaire).

For Groups it is easiest to submit a separate form for each group and enter the DoB of the oldest performer. We can change the name of the group for you later. Enter the name of the group in the Partner’s box, not the competitors, and put the approximate number in the group in brackets after the name, eg My Dance Group (8).

You can always enter another form for further classes of the same performer later.

You can’t save this form as partly done, but you can submit more than one form; each form is just a batch of entries.

The age limits are for the performer’s age in years on 31st January 2026. You can enter for an ‘older’ class, though it will warn you, but it will prevent you entering for a ‘younger’ class.

The entry system will remember the details of the person submitting the entry, so you should only have to enter those details once.

Use the Tab key or Mouse to move between fields.
