EISTEDDFOD MUSIC, SPEECH & DRAMA ENTRY FORM

Use this Online Entry form for Music, Speech and Drama classes.

Closing date for entries: Friday 3rd October 2025 - late entries will not be accepted.

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY (SEE RULES PAGE) BEFORE COMPLETING THE ENTRY FORM. MISTAKES CAN LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.

The Eisteddfod Partnership Number box is for those organisations which are Eisteddfod partners; ignore if not. If you are an Eisteddfod Partner, then you do not pay now; you will be sent an invoice later for payment.

The 'Show Class Lists' button will display all the classes in the ticked disciplines. The 'Download Class Lists' in the right sidebar give more detail, but still do read the relevant rules on the Rules Page.

Use Tab key or mouse to move between fields.

You can enter multiple performances here; use the 'Add New Row' button.

For Duet, Duologue and Share a Poem classes please enter the names in the Name box with '&' in between (eg Billy Wordsworth & Dotty Wordsworth).

For Ensembles, Groups and Choirs, just enter the name of the group, not the competitors, and put the approximate number in the group in brackets after the name, eg My Small Choir (8).

The age limit shown is for the competitor's age in years on 1st September 2025, to tie in with the school year.

If you want an Official Accompanist (price £3.00 per class), enter Y and please read the notes that will then be displayed.

You cannot save this entry form as partly done but you can submit many forms; each form is just a number of performances. So complete what performances you can and submit another entry form later.
