The AGM will be held on Thursday 2nd February 2023 at 7.45pm at the Irene Usher Village Hall , Seend,  SN12 6NS.

The dates for this year’s Eisteddfod are :

Dance: Sat/Sun 16/17 Nov 2019

Music, Speech and Drama: Thu/Fri/Sat, 21/22/23 Nov 2019.

Festival Concert:
Saturday 30 Nov 2019 at 7pm
Admission free, Programmes £1.

The Eisteddfod Programme containing names of competitors and locations, dates and times of all classes is now available from Winkworth Estate Agents in Devizes Market Place (SN10 1HT) or at all venues on the day, price £3.

The deadline for entries for this year’s Eisteddfod has passed and entries have now closed.

We regret that we are unable to accept any further entries for Dance classes 2019, as they are now full.

The Cranmer Awards are a national public speaking competition organised by the Prayer Book Society.

The regional heat was due to be held during the Eisteddfod in St John’s Church, Devizes on Fri 22nd November (2 – 4 pm), BUT THIS HAS NOW BEEN CANCELLED.

Our new Online Entry System is now available for Performance classes (ie Music, Choirs, Speech and Drama), see the Entries page. You can still use our paper entry forms, see the Information page, right side bar, if you prefer.

Dance and Pre-adjudicated entries can only be done using our paper entry forms, which you can download from the Information page or obtain in our Syllabus, available from Winkworth, Devizes.

Following a highly successful 2018 Eisteddfod in November we present two Class Winners’ Concerts when there will be a chance to hear some of the winning performances again.

The concerts will be held on Sundays, 27th January and 10th February 2019 at 3pm in the Devizes Town Hall Assembly Room.
