Please read before filling in form

You can fill in a Music, Speech and Drama Performance entry form on-line from this page.

You can send the entry fee by bank transfer (BACS). See details in the Payment section below. Be sure to enter your Reference Number as the Bank reference or else we don’t know who it is from.

We will acknowledge all entries (and fees received) by email. Entry acknowledgement should be immediate, so if you have not received an acknowledgement email, please check your Junk folder, or contact our Entries Manager (See below)

If you are an Eisteddfod Partner you do not need to pay now; we will invoice you in due course.

If you are not a partner then please send the total payment required by Bank Transfer.

Be sure to enter the Entry Number that you will be given when this entry has been submitted as the Payment reference.

MSDentry Programmes

Programmes will be available from Wansbroughs Solicitors, Northgate House, Northgate St, Devizes, SN10 1JX and from Devizes Books, Sidmouth St, Devizes SN10 1LD from Wednesday 4th November 2026 and at all venues during the Festival, £3 each.

MSDentry Accompanists

Official Accompanists. (£3 each)

If an Official Accompanist is required please note that the piano accompaniment music must be sent to Jemma Brown, 7a Bath Road Business Centre, Bath Road, Devizes, SN10 1XA straight away, stating the person and class for whom the accompaniment is requested. A photocopy may be sent at this stage, but the original copy must be handed to the Adjudicator’s Clerk on the day of the festival. See page 7 of the Syllabus for further detail.  An Official Accompanist will not be available on the day unless requested here on this entry form, the music sent and the fee paid.

Closing date for entries: Friday 9th October 2026 – late entries will not be accepted.

PLEASE READ THE RULES CAREFULLY (SEE RULES PAGE) BEFORE COMPLETING THE ENTRY FORM. MISTAKES CAN LEAD TO DISQUALIFICATION.

The Eisteddfod Partnership Number box is for those organisations which are Eisteddfod partners; ignore if not. If you are an Eisteddfod Partner, then you do not pay now; you will be sent an invoice later for payment.

The ‘Show Class Lists’ button will display all the classes in the ticked disciplines.The ‘Download Class Lists’ in the right sidebar give more detail, but still do read the relevant rules on the Rules Page.

Use Tab key or mouse to move between fields.

You can enter multiple performances here; use the ‘Add New Row’ button.

For Duet, Duologue and Share a Poem classes please enter the names in the Name box with ‘&’ in between (eg Billy Wordsworth & Dotty Wordsworth).

For Ensembles, Groups and Choirs, just enter the name of the group, not the competitors, and put the approximate number in the group in brackets after the name, eg My Small Choir (8).

The age limit shown is for the competitor’s age in years on 1st September 2026, to tie in with the school year.

If you want an Official Accompanist (price £3 per class), enter Y and please read the notes that will then be displayed.

You cannot save this entry form as partly done but you can submit many forms; each form is just a number of performances. So complete what performances you can and submit another entry form later.
